An electronic device not switching on can be the result of many things. Most commonly there could be a fault with the motherboard or the battery. We are capable of diagnosing all range of issues and solving them in the most professional way we can.
Many touch screens won't function if the device has been a victim to heavy damage. The screen assembly in constructed by the digitizer (glass) and the LCD underneath it which is what enables the touch function on the phone. In many cases, that said silver plate can be affected by the damage and needs to be replaced along with the new screen. We are more than able to replace both the digitizer and the LCD for you.
Some believe putting the device in a bag of rice will solve your water damage problem. But this isn't true and sometimes the damage has already been done. In order to solve this problem, you need to send your device as quickly as you can to us. It is frequently known that water damage can cause a shortage in the motherboard circuit that can lead to malfunctions of the touch screen, front/back camera, and the home button. We are fully equipped with the proper tools to try and reverse the damages done to the phone by water.
If we can't fix your device we will get in touch with you to discuss your options. We can either offer you a replacement device for a cost, or we can return the device to you and refund your service charge.
In such a scenario, we are obligated to be fully sincere and upfront by letting you know that we were not capable of repairing your device and that the damage was irreversible. However, there are other more complex options to repair your device (soldering, MB chip replacements, software issues) that we could discuss with you by offering you those services for the most inexpensive price quote.
We only accept devices that are handed to us physically to the store, we can not accept devices that were sent by mail and will not take any responsibility for any lost or damaged shipments.
